Victor Chan is an emerging artist based in London. With a background in photography and film, he has established his personal style for his unique perspective and use of colour in his narrative photography.
Born in 1996, Chan graduated from the University of Kent with a first honour in Film and has since been honing his skills and gaining experience in the fashion industry. His work has been featured in various magazines and websites, including Contributor Magazine and the Apple website.
Chan's unique style is to present human connection with strange and unexpected interactions by combining intimacy and alienation, the theme of contradictory ideas has been a strong focus in his work. This invites viewers to question and explore the relationships and connections among us. His striking use of colour and composition make for captivating and thought-provoking pieces that are sure to inspire and engage. His background in film adds an extra layer of depth and storytelling to his work, making it all the more captivating.
Chan is currently focusing on exploring abstract human body language and composition in his personal project -- Alien Boys.
